These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the diagnostic platform operated by 4WRD Advisory Inc. ("4WRD," "we," "us," or "our") at 4wrdlabs.ai. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
4WRD Labs.ai is an AI-powered business diagnostic platform that analyzes inputs you provide about your company across GTM, marketing, culture, compensation planning, and related dimensions. The platform generates scored assessments, narrative analysis, and action recommendations based on your inputs and comparison against benchmark data.
The diagnostic output is generated using artificial intelligence and is intended as advisory input to support your decision-making. It does not constitute professional financial, legal, accounting, or management consulting advice.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Access to the full diagnostic platform requires a one-time payment as displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely by Stripe Inc.
Your purchase grants you access to run the diagnostic for one company context. Re-runs are permitted at no additional charge.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once a diagnostic has been initiated. If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from accessing your results, contact us at info@4wrd.ca and we will work to resolve the issue.
This no-refund policy is consistent with the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) provisions applicable to digital services delivered immediately upon purchase.
The diagnostic output — including scores, narrative analysis, governing constraint identification, and action recommendations — is generated by artificial intelligence based on the inputs you provide. This output:
4WRD Advisory Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the diagnostic output.
The platform compares your scores against benchmark data derived from published industry research including KeyBanc Capital Markets, OpenView/High Alpha, Benchmarkit, and Bridge Group, as well as 4WRD Advisory's proprietary methodology. Benchmark data is provided for reference purposes only. Past industry performance is not indicative of future results for any individual company.
You agree not to:
The platform, including its scoring methodology, AI prompts, benchmark data, user interface, and brand elements, is the intellectual property of 4WRD Advisory Inc. and is protected by Canadian copyright and intellectual property law.
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. The diagnostic output generated from your inputs is licensed to you for your internal business use. You may not resell, publish, or distribute the output as a standalone product.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Ontario, 4WRD Advisory Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on diagnostic output, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the diagnostic in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4WRD Advisory Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users.
